The CoRe application enables site managers to input HSE inspection data and transform it into useful information.
To log in and use the software click on the link entitled "login". Enter the username and password that were given to you.
You can access the different parts of the software through the following menu bar:

(note: you may not be able to see all parts of the menu bar. This is dependent upon your log-in privilidges)
From the menu bar choose the "print" link. Simply choose the inspection checklist you wish to print, and choose FILE > PRINT from your browser menu.
From the menu bar click "Add > Inspection". A screen similar to the one below will display:

The majority of questions can be answered by choosing one of the three options.
Some of the questions are designed to allow the input of the number of non-compliances that were observed for example:

The above example shows that 3 seperate non-compliances were observed for this supervisor
Viewing:
Choose the menu option "View > Inspections". You are presented with a list of all the inspections in the system. The inspections are presented in chronological order with the most recent at the top.
Click on the column headings to sort by that column.

Filtering:
A powerful set of filters have been included to enable you to extract useful information from the list. Simply click the relevant boxes to search by that criteria. If the AND filter is selected then the list will be searched for all the options you have selected. If the OR filter is selected then the list will be searched for any of the options you have selected.
To reset the filters click on "Clear all Filters"
In case of errors the software allows the user to edit inspection data or delete inspections in the system. Click on "View > Inspections" to show all the inspections. Click on the appropriate link to edit or delete the inspection. NOTE: deleted inspections can not be recovered.

Right click on the graph once it is displayed and choose "print". You can also choose to export it as a JPG, PNG or PDF
1) Are CoRe card points added to the overall scores for the supervisors?
No, this is at client request. The scores are kept seperate
2) How are scores normalised for the Supervisors?
The following formula is used:
Points = (Checklist Score * (30/x + 5/y) )
where:
Checklist Score = A calculation based on the entire checklist that incorporates the risk level of each questions and number of non-compliances observed.
x = number of people in the team
y = number of sites being supervised
